Packaging Policy & Customs
At WaxCure, we ship every order with its original retail packaging included.
However, depending on your destination country, customs authorities may occasionally open or remove outer cardboard boxes during standard security inspections to save space or clear items faster.
Please note that this is a customs authority decision entirely outside of our control. WaxCure cannot be held responsible if the outer box is altered by customs agents. We guarantee that your core product and its components will always arrive safely and fully functional.
Lost or Stolen Packages
WaxCure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information officially confirms that the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Our support team is always available to provide you with any necessary details to assist you in this process.
